How this works — 3 easy steps:
Fill in your event info, prices, and menu below.
Click the blue Save Settings button at the bottom.
Copy the shortcode below and paste it into the Page or Post where you want the registration form to show up.
Paste this into your Page or Post:

In the Block editor: add a “Shortcode” block and paste it in. In the Classic editor: just paste it into the content area.
Total playing spots. Individuals, foursomes and golfer spots included in sponsor packages all count against this.

Registration Packages
Foursome Package
v1.2.5 workflow: a foursome always reserves and charges for four golfer spots. The registrant may enter golfers one at a time and leave remaining spots TBD/open. Browser-side seat counters do not affect foursome pricing.
Sponsorship Packages

Foursome entry: Golfer 1 is shown first. Registrants add additional golfers one at a time, up to four. When Adult / Junior golfer types are enabled, each added golfer can be classified before submission.

MPM License
✓ License is active. Public registration and payment processing are enabled.
Explicit invalid, expired, or suspended licenses disable new registrations and payment requests while historical registrations and exports remain accessible. Temporary MPM licensing-server/network failures use the last known-good license status for up to 14 days so event-day registration is not interrupted.
Authorize.Net
Private keys are used server-side and are never sent to the browser.
The live form uses shortcode [golf_registration1]. Preview reflects current saved settings.

Webhook Settings
💾 Backup & Restore Settings
Export all event settings, payment credentials, reCAPTCHA configuration, sponsorships, add-ons and other Golf settings to a JSON file.
Security — keep this export private: Settings backups may contain payment-gateway credentials, API secrets, webhook IDs and signature keys in plaintext. This export should never be shared outside authorized people within your organization. Anyone who receives the file may gain access to information used to connect to your payment provider. MPM Consulting is not responsible for disclosure, misuse or loss caused by employees, contractors or other users sharing exported settings.
Credit card information is not stored here. MPM Golf Tournament Manager does not store card numbers, expiration dates or CVV/security codes on your WordPress site or, when hosted by MPM Consulting, on MPM's servers. Card information is entered directly into the secure payment system provided by your selected payment processor. The plugin stores only the transaction, payment-status and reference information needed to manage registrations and reconcile payments.
